Join us for the next Holy Hour for Priests and Vocations as we welcome Fr. Denny Hanneman on April 13, 2023, at 7:00 pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Church!
Fr. Hanneman was ordained on May 27, 1972, and retired on July 1, 2016. During his priestly ministry, he served in Elgin, NE at St. Boniface Church, and taught religion at Pope John XXIII High School. In Omaha, he served at St. Pius X, St. Richard, St. Leo, and Holy Cross Churches and was the Director of the Office of Religious Education for the Archdiocese. He was also the founding pastor of St. Vincent de Paul Church. Father was a pastor at St. John‘s in Valley, NE, and St. Mary’s in Bellevue, NE. Since 2020, he has served part-time with priestly duties in Boys Town, NE, and also enjoys providing spiritual direction to all who may need it. He also celebrated 50 years of priestly ordination in May 2022. Congratulations Fr. Denny!
